The fact that they choose me not because I was the perfect candidate but because they believed they could pet me in a position to where I was the ideal candidate and they walked me through step by step and held my hand to answer any question and I had access to not just Jeffery or Claudia, I had access to the whole NAF team they had everything coordinated from the insurance to transfer utilitie. This was the best experience I ever had because ones prior dont even close to coming above and beyond their experiance and standards. NAF are definitely cut from a different cloth and my loan officer Jeffery Giger was everything, he was definitely my motivator and go to guy, and I must not forget Claudia H for getting my paperwork ready to go for underwriting she went above the call of duty.
