I would recommend New American Funding to anyone looking to refinance their existing mortgage. I actually did two refinancing to get a lower interest rate. Both times I received information and was helped throughout the process. Erin was easy to work with on my last refinance. The whole process wasn't a big hassle either. Closing was great because it was done at my convenience and at my home.

Thomas was excellent and always took time to explain everything clearly so I understood each step. He was responsive and made the entire transaction feel smooth and stress free. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a great loan officer!

Our experience with Lindsey McDonald and her team was fantastic. We bought our first home with them and we refinanced using them. They make the process easy and are always available to answer questions. They go above and beyond and will do there best to get you the best deal possible. I recommend everyone going to them.

Nick Martinez was great from the start. Got back to me quickly after submitting my application. He put together a loan package that was exactly what I needed for my situation. He made sure to follow up with me weekly on the status of my loan. Shayla Abad was also amazing. She kept me up-to-date on the status and next steps and was patient while work could be completed before closing. Communication with both was quick and easy. Shayla even reschedule my closing last minute due to an emergency on my end. The whole process was smooth and I never had a question about where we were in the process or what the next step was. Funding was received quickly after closing. Overall, a great experience and I will be recommending NAF to anyone I know looking for a mortgage loan or refinance. Great company and experience.

Let me tell you how amazing Daniela Rincon was from the very first time we exchange words. I found her on social media.
