A first time home buyer like us is quite challenging and will need’s a lot of time. We thought it is not possible but from the pre approval till the closing time .. We worked with Gretchen in June-July 2025 for the purchase of a home, referred to her by friends who also bought an home through her help, and had an overall excellent experience. Any questions or concerns we had, we knew we could just email, call, or text her and we’d have answers promptly. She guided us throughout the entire process, and provided clear communication. Best of all, we were able to have in-depth information readily at our fingertips to see what options were best for us for our financing, and she even broke them down further to make sure we understood everything so there would be no surprises. Edwin with New American Funding was absolutely amazing! He answered all my questions, any time of day, any day. I was beyond nervous starting this huge process and wanted to be explained every step that was going on and why. He was very thorough, organized, and attentive; we are beyond pleased with the ease of this process and Edwin!

Buying a house is already a very stressful process and all the people that I was in contact with during this whole process helped to make it a lot less stressful! Greg helped to get my credit score where it needed to be and I really don't think we would have been able to get this house without his help. Dave Pallies was the best loan officer. He took the time to call the listing agent to tell him I was able to buy the house without any issues. At settlement the listing agent said that phone called helped for the sellers to pick my offer. Dave explained all the paperwork, never lost his patience with all of my questions, called my Insurance Agent, and even came to settlement. I highly recommend Dave to anyone looking for a great loan officer.
