I had the pleasure of working with Edwin. First Time Home Buying and he made it very easy(more than the other lending places I checked out). The communication was amazing, the information given, and even the advice! Edwin Answered all of my questions in a timely manner and even gave plus advice from "said" question. He was very informative. Edwin also made it seem like a walk in the park with documents, what was needed, and the overall process. I have already recommended a friend to Edwin during the process before we officially closed on a home! He also doesn't make it seem like you're on a boat alone in the middle of the ocean at midnight! Apparently, the loan process doesn't need to be complicated. Erick Cantele and his Team at NAF made the experience easy and headache-free. From pre-approval to closing, the communication & timeliness of the feedback exceeded my expectations. I know I'm not his only client, but Erick made me feel like I was which was very reassuring. I also greatly appreciate his insight and suggestions related to negotiations with the Seller and how to structure credits from the home inspection. Always nice having a seasoned professional in your corner, especially in today's market. I would definitely recommend him to family & friends.

A great company to work with. Ryan and his team were great with communication, responended quickly to answer any questions we had. They also worked quickly to get our closing on our new home a week early. Highly recommend.
