Any time I had questions or concerns, Blake would get back to me as soon as possible if he wasn't available at the time of my call. Not only was he helpful, he took the time to really listen to me & made helpful suggestions when I wasn't sure how to navigate through the electronic processing signature part of the paperwork. He had to constantly remind me to check my emails either by phone calls or text messages simply because I don't always check my emails everyday. Wonida and her team were just extremely awesome! I have tried to get numerous loans recently and nobody would help. When I applied to NAF it seemed like Wonida called me within minutes after I hit submit! I was shocked! We talked for a bit and I gave her the information she needed. She gave me a chance and the answer that nobody would give months prior. So I am truly grateful for her!
