First time home buyers!! Yay!! However all the credit belongs to Morgan Lozano!!! Oh buddy! She was and still is amazing person she explained everything to us thoroughly and made sure we understood everything! There are not enough words in the dictionary to say thank you to her!!! I can definitely say to others you need a mortgage company to go thru for any of your mortgage needs......please please please ask for Morgan and Guild Mortgage Company. They went to infinity and beyond to help us get exactly what we needed and wanted..anytime you need her and them they were there to help along the way..don't understand that's ok they will take the time to explain everything to you.. we couldn't of asked for a better person Morgan Lozano rocks!! Very knowledgable and patient!

Morgan was awesome through the our whole refi process! She answered our questions and concerns in a quick manner and was very helpful through the process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage or a refi.

Morgan is the best. We had seen a couple different loan originators before we finally made our way to Morgan that just couldn't explain the process or make us feel the way we should about making these decisions. Morgan made us feel like family. She did everything she could to inform us of what we needed to know to make the process easier than I ever imagined it would be.
