Dominick was very attentive and updated me regular status calls. The process was taking too long which is when Rory stepped in. He saved the day and improved my view of your company for the better. Which is why Iveould refer others tobyour company. I told friends about how impressed I was with the customer service provided by Rory when he recognized the delays in processing my loan. Rory was awesome.It is nice to have a manager step in without a customer calling to complain. Rory even called to advise me the loan was approved.
