I can’t say enough good things about Rob Arnold and the way he handled this loan. This transaction had more twists and turns than most—tight timelines, underwriting hurdles, and a few moments where it would have been easy for someone to shrug and say “it can’t be done.” Rob did the exact opposite. His persistence and creativity made the difference. What impressed me most was his ownership. He treated the loan like it was personal.
