I had major repairs on my home and felt I would not be able to do a cash out refi on my home. I called New American Funding and Mike Osborn got me approved for a FHA cash out refi. FHA can be a beast but Mike and the processor Kyle Morenno got it done. Thanks to this company offering this product repairs have begun and it's feeling like a home again and not a burden. Great Job

Jake and the team at NAF exceeded every expectation during this process. This is the second home we have bought with Jake, and third time he has helped us (refinance). He is knowledgeable, accessible, and realistic, which made the whole process extremely easy. Liz was very attentive in processing our documentation, and made it easy to understand what we needed to provide for my wife’s self employment. Jake walked us through how to structure deals on each house we sent in. He was able to structure a loan that kept us comfortable in a tough market. I’m glad we didn’t wait to buy a home! 10/10 - they are the best lending team in town!
