This was our second time working with New American Funding, specifically with David Kooner. David treated us like friends—worked hard to make sure we got the best deal, offered sound advice upon answering questions, kept us informed with each step in the process, and we ended up with a great deal on our 2nd mortgage. While always remaining professional, David has a friendly and casual manner along with a sense of humor. I appreciate his style any day over stuffy and serious types.
