We have worked with Jesse Valenzuela on the last two home loans. Over the last 30 years we have worked with many loan officers purchasing or refinancing properties, hands down Jesse and New American Funding are the best. Easy to work with, take the time to explain the option and timing, very quick response to emails and phone calls. Works with our escrow and real estate agent. His support team are also great, never have to wait long on the phone (no mouse trap, pushing #s). Straight to the point answers.
