Kyle was fantastic, and i will certainly do business with him again. What was a negative experience for me was the semingly poor communication between underwriter and processor which ulatemtley lead to delays and things coming down to the wire. A processor and underwriter should not be on opposite time zones. Considering the loan process was a couple months CTC and final paperwork should not have come down to Friday late evening before a Monday morning close.

Lyis was endearing, transparent , available and went above and beyond to take care of tasks that likely I should have but simply didn't have the time or understanding- he just took care of us during this process.
