Without a doubt the best lending experience I have ever had. Two years ago I purchased a home in Hawaii. I had just retired, the lender made me feel like a criminal wanting to borrow less than 20% of the purchase price. Fast forward, my realtor introduced me to Jeff Naylor. This was an unbelievable experience. I filled out the loan application and what seemed like minutes my loan was approved. Just needed to provide a few income documents and a couple of other things and we were good to go. Jeff stayed on top Of every aspect of the loan. We had to get creative when another buyer entered the picture but I felt confident Jeff was on top Of it and of course he was. I would highly recommend Jeff for all your lending need. He is quick to answer any questions. Honesty and integrity are his genetics. Jeff made me feel like we were the only customers he had. On a scale of 1 - 10 I would give him a 12 he is that over the top In customer service

I highly recommend Shawn Wilson and his team when funding your new home. He was highly professional and made sure he personally led me through the process of financing my home. He was attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. He even drove three hours to be there personally for my closing even though I had never previously met him in person. Not a lot of people would go out of their way to ensure you have a successful experience.
