I felt incredibly stressed and anxious about this whole process at the beginning, especially because I was going through a messy divorce. But Tami in particular made me feel supported, well informed, and like she was truly advocating for my needs. She explained everything in simple terms without being condescending. She was incredibly responsive to every question I had (and I had a lot!). She gave me advice, advocated, and really went above and beyond in every way. At the end of this I felt knowledgeable and empowered to take control of my finances independently. I owe that to Tami and could not be more grateful.
