Mike did a good job helping me out. He answered all my questions. I had a massive amount of questions and he was patient and informative to the process with me. He went above and beyond with making sure my closing date wouldnt conflict with my schedule for my command going away party that almost overlapped with my closing date/time. He's a great person to work with.
