From the beginning, I felt like I had a family member in my corner. Mike was informative, knowledgeable and guided me effortlessly through the process. He was professional yet maintained a great sense of humor. There were multiple issues on the seller's part at the end, Mike guided me through all of it and spoke to the title company to assist in easing the process. Mike helped maintain my sanity when all else was failing. Someone like Mike working for your company truly makes it stand out from all others.
