I thoroughly appreciated the transparency that I received from the people that helped me during this first-time homeownership experience from beginning to end as this was an entirely new journey. The people that worked with me listened to every goal, concerns, and challenges that I have had and responded with not only solutions, realism, and guidance in regards to my specific circumstances, but within a timely matter throughout. They truly had my best interests in mind and advocated well on my behalf behind the scenes.
