Skip and his team were very responsive and friendly throughout the whole process, no matter how many times we asked them for clarification or advice. This was our first time buying a home, so we were quite overwhelmed by the process. However, the team simplified a lot of it and helped put our minds at ease. They got all of our paperwork processed on time, even when we had a hiccup that pushed the closing date up by a few days. Our realtor, who’s been in the field for decades, praised Skip on his communication and quick turn around time on responses. She was as pleasantly surprised as we were by the service we got! In the end, we might’ve gotten our dream home because of Skip’s organization and his readiness to work with our realtor on short notice to help make our offer stronger. We’ll always be grateful for this team’s hard work.
