We are very thankful for all Anna’s hard work and patience over the last couple of years in this difficult market making this a possibility! Despite our marginal credit New American was able to help even finding a state grant program paying most of our closing costs. While Anna was on vacation Her and the New American team got all of the pieces together when we found this home. Despite the State being way behind before our closing date we with Gods Grace were able to hit our target and purchase our New Home! Thanks again to Anna & New American for all their hard work; its been a pleasure working with them and we would not hesitate to recommend Anna!

My first home refinance was w/ NAF. It was wonderful. My loan officer Chris V was consistent with communication. I could call him anytime with questions. He was knowledge and professional. I dealt with 3 people during the whole process. The loan process was smooth and timely.
