Thomas Lauman made it a great experience! Everytime I had a question, all I had to do was call. It could be night, day, after hours, weekend it didn't matter. He would answer or I'd leave a message and Tom would call me back. I'm going to miss talking with Tom, he's great! He treated me like a true friend.
