Royal is an excellent communicator to say the least. Not only did he keep me updated every step of the way, he also hit the ground running and closed the transaction early with a jumbo loan during a busy time in our region. His experience, navigation of timelines and ability to have practices that trim down timelines such as issuing the CD well in advance of loan doc production created a wonderful transaction for everyone involved.
