Both Scott and his staff were very prompt, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions thoroughly in person or over the phone. Responded to emails and texts even on weekends, and made themselves available to meet with us at any time, even after hours or around other appointments. They had good professional relationships with the title company and underwriters and were able to get even third party questions answered in a timely manner. We did not close on time due to the appraisal, but Scott and his office pushed paper after hours to speed up the process where they could. Overall, a personable, honest, and hardworking lender.

I seldom write reviews for anyone, but we have a veteran and a person with disability in our family that had need for a VA loan on a one level home and in our community those are rare. With ada adaptations even rarer. Scott, his assistant Courtney and everyone working out of the Dupont office of Veterans Lending Group. were patient beyond expectations when gathering everything early for a pre approval . This positioned us to be ready to offer a seller a 30 day close despite delays in appraisal due to high demand when we found the perfect home. You find out the true colors of the lender you chose when the final loan docs come out ahead of closing and you know its going to close. Thats a good feeling. Highly recommend Scott and Veterans lending group.
