Victoria Adkins and crew were awesome. They let us know each thing thing that was needed from us, and kept us informed every step of the lending procedure. Most documents were signed electronically and the process was very easy. I would recommend them in your houseing purchase.

My husband and I were seeking to purchase a home in the Bullhead City/Fort Mohave area in Arizona. From my first interaction with Heather Petrillo (Bullhead City Branch), I felt confident that she would keep me apprised of the loan application process through each step, from pre-qualification to close. Heather manages to be both professional and very personable at the same time. I always felt that I was viewed as an individual person and not just another loan applicant. She was very patient and understanding of the fact that my husband and I had not purchased a new home in over 40 years and a lot has changed, so I had many questions, as you might imagine. She was able to provide information in a way that was easily understood. Heather, and her team, were very specific on what documents would be needed to support our application for a home loan. When we had a problem putting our hands on a couple of documents, she was able to help us secure them or offer alternative acceptable documents. I feel that Heather was always on the lookout for our "best deal" and would get us locked in. She always made herself available if I had any questions and never made me feel that I was a bother or nuisance. And let me also mention that we were buying our home from 2000 miles away, so it was a very stressful process to begin with. She made us feel at ease and made the entire process as simple as possible. I appreciated that we were able to handle paperwork electronically. We would get an email update as we progressed through each step, but more than that, we would get a phone call. And that was a very nice touch. As we find ourselves in a do-it-yourself, electronic world, it's nice to be treated like a person. Our compliments to Heather and her team.
