Anything that I didn’t understand or wasn’t familiar with was explained to me in layman‘s terms so I was able to understand. It was a pleasure to work with the members of NAF. The whole team was responsive to all questions, dependable and reliable. My husband and I felt very important which was HUGE for us because we have worked with many other lenders who never seemed to have time for us. Buying a home sight unseen across the US is very stressful, especially with a 3 hour time difference. However the team was very impressive!
