Anila was extremely friendly during the whole process and walked me through multiple offers giving me advice on what to look for and what to do. I updated my pre-approval multiple times, and each time the process was smooth and quick. For a home buyer, this advice is critical to make good choices for something that will be with them for years. Anila was always available on chat/call to answer any questions (even on weekends and evenings). Her team also promptly responded with signing document queries, followed up with the escrow officers to push final closing through on time. I would recommend Anila as a loan officer to others. It was a pleasure to have her on my home purchase team.
