Jarad Brown at American Funding was very helpful and is very good at his job. Without Jarad’s help me and my wife would not own our home today. All the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy. If we had a problem they helped us fix it and if we had a question they had an answer. I’d recommend them to anyone who needed to buy a home.

The team delivered excellent customer, my broker even mentioned that they were one of the best teams he’d had the experience working with over his career in regards to their timeliness, communication and efficiency. As a first time buyer, I was quite anxious but Stephanie was so kind and thoroughly informative that she was able to put me at ease. Overall, they made this experience a seamless and joyous one - I can truly say searching for the right home was the most challenging part of this process because this team made the rest of the transaction so easy.
