Having been through several mortgage experiences previously - I came into this one with great doubt and skepticism that the loan process could be anything except a grueling struggle with last minute demands, poor communication and endless paperwork. The experience working with Devin forever changed my mind. Devin was timely, succient, pleasant and above all professional. Devin explained things calmly, never got flustered and helped to part the seas whenever trouble started brewing. Issues with insurance - Devin is on it, issues with tax returns - Devin has stepped in, last minute confusion - Devin is on the phone with the whole team. The end result for me? A home that closed significantly ahead of schedule, with zero hiccups and an entire team that is happy with the process, expereicne and expertise of Devin Powers Davis. This expereince so defied my expectations that I am rethinking other areas of my life where I have written off unpleaseant experiences - I used to hate going to the dentist - but maybe, just like I hated the loan application process, I've just had the wrong dentist this whole time. Just like I had the wrong loan professional - until I met Devin Powers Davis.

I had reached out to NAF originally when we were looking to go a home equity loan and was connected to Mike. Against our better judgement, we decided to try our current mortgage provider thinking the process would have been easier since we already had an existing mortgage with them. It was in fact NOT easy, and we kept getting the run around. I reached back out to Mike, after months of having issues and little communication with the other company, and he quickly began the process with NAF. From start to finish, the process was MUCH easier. Mike is very knowledgeable about the whole loan process, and Tasha would always get back to be quickly when I would reach out with a question. I definitely will recommend NAF and Mike and will definitely come back in the future for any mortgage needs.
