Incredible team that helped my spouse and I get into our first home. Our lender, Jeff Pappenfus, was extremely responsive, helpful, informative, and ALWAYS available! Whether he was out of the office, gardening, cooking, or even running on a treadmill, he never missed a phone call from either me or my spouse.
