I appreciated the knowledge of loan options and timely communication from Erik Oquist. We obtained a bridge loan in order to be competitive on the purchase of an off market home. This is certainly a stressful process but Erik was always available for questions and check ins. His communication is clear and he seeks to make the process as easy s possible.
