We are first time home buyers, so this whole process was a little scary for me and my wife. When we first started communicating with Christopher, we were immediately put at ease. He assured us that everything would be all right, while being extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding of our situation. From the emails to the phone calls, his sense of urgency, caring, honesty, and trustworthiness helped us to get funded on our terms. He made sure to explain and go over every detail for us, which we both appreciated so much. He was always very quick to respond to any emails or questions that we had, and he was available to chat over the phone anytime we needed to. After our numerous phone calls and conversations, my wife and I knew that we made the right decision by choosing New American Funding. Christopher really knows his stuff and helped to get us the best deal that was affordable to our young family. Most importantly, we knew that Christopher truly cared about our well-being, our future, and our family.
