I think it’s important to give credit where it’s due when it’s due. Jeanette went above and beyond to make this a truly great experience. She was the only person out of EVERYONE during the house buying process that we had full confidence in. She really took the time to make sure we understood everything. Buying a house is a big deal and we felt like other people involved did not take the time to show they truly cared about what was in our best interest. They were rushing, unavailable, or seemed bothered when we had questions. Jeanette never made us feel that way and took the time to go over everything in detail - even if we asked the same question or didn’t understand she would make sure we did. She was always available when we needed her. It felt like talking to a friend, her positive attitude makes you feel like you are talking to a friend and her follow up skills are unmatched. She truly seemed to care about us as customers and that we had everything we needed to make this a smooth process. At the end she didn’t just leave us hanging when her part was done, she made sure we had the next steps and really made us confident in our decision to buy a home. The first processor wasn’t responding to us, Jeanette jumped right in and made sure we had someone who could get the deal done in a timely manner. We RAVE about Jeanette to all our friends and family already. We honestly hope Jeanette is around for a long time because we will only want to work with her for future purchases or refinances. Kat is a superstar! Always available to answer any questions and be of assistance to clients. She is a knowledgeable and strategic lender to partner with. We just closed in 14 days with a client who had fallen out of a drawn out contract with another lender. Kat is the lender who will be on the phone with you after 10PM on a Saturday night helping you figure out a complex situation, and for that I appreciate her greatly .
