Where do I even start? We had almost given up hope on getting approved for a loan. After being given tasks that seemed impossible to accomplish by other lenders, I gave one final effort to try and find someone, anyone, that would look at our whole case and not just my past credit history. I own the poor choices I made, however, there is so much more to someone than a credit report or score. Nancy called me not long after I requested information about New American Funding and had my initial call with someone from the company. It was later on a Friday night (8 PM CST) and I was so surprised with how much she did for me in that initial call. She let me know that this isn't a matter of "if" we get a loan, but about the requirements that would be needed to fund it. After so many lenders shooting us down I was of course skeptical, but Nancy was insistent that this would happen. fast forward a little over a month and we have closed on the perfect house for our family. Nancy really is that Jason Momoa "I will do everything in my power" meme. She made our dreams a reality. She never coddled me about anything, she was straight up about what needed to be done but she made sure it was feasible. I can not recommend Nancy and New American Funding enough! As long as this company is around I will bring any future purchases their way and recommend them to every single person looking to purchase a home. Nancy showed me that even when you get turned away 100 times, the next person you talk to might be reaching out to help instead of setting up a roadblock.

Heather Enochs was so amazing!!! She helped me EVERY STEP of the way! She was ALWAYS available through text, phone calls and email. Kept me on tract with reminders and talked me through things I didn’t understand. She even now is available for anything I need even after closing on my home!
