Rau was very attentive from the beginning and kept me informed all the way. He also worked fast, was easily accessible; communication was always there whenever I needed it. Most of the mortgage process was done over the phone and online which was very convenient for me. Definitely recommended!

Brad Baker is hands down one of the the best loan officers I have worked with. He is highly knowledgeable and really takes the time to help buyers understand what they can afford, what the mortgage process looks like and removes a lot of confusion and hesitancy around it for people. He specifically sets aside 30 minutes on his calendar for each client after doing their pre-approval to go over it with them, run numbers on houses they are interested in and answer any and all questions. And when the client goes under contract he keeps you updated weekly on where they are in the process and anything that needs to be done.
