Brad was excellent, Shae was hard to get information out of at first but was great at the end. We are very dissatisfied about the underwriter regarding clear to close. Our appraisal stated as is because the bathroom had potential mold (we were getting the loan to tear put out and redo the bathroom) however they made us test for mold which cost $450. Then they said they couldn't read the test and wouldn't take the word of the appraise. They asked for a summary from the mold mitigation gentleman who did the test. After we got that they decided they wanted Is to clean the bathroo. Therefore there was not reason for said test and I think NAF should reimburse us the amount of the test as it wasn't needed.
