Kris kept my clients , the listing agent , and me updated every step of the process. My clients were very pleased and the listing agent even mentioned to me at closing how much she loved the lender we used. She said its hard to believe how much updates she had and that she knew when closing was going to happen ahead of time!! So many lenders are behind, but not Kris - Kris is a breath of fresh air and I will be recommending him to everyone I know! Amazing experience

Roberto was always a step ahead of where we needed to be, and so he was always prepared to answer our concerns and to guide us to keep on track. He never even once had a negative comment of any kind, but always assured us that he was there to help us in any way he could, and we certainly made us of his offer in assisting us. I have had bad experiences with financial consultants in the past, but never with any New American staff member; I cannot think of any reason to ever recommend anyone anywhere else, except to New American, for financial needs.
