Nick, Would answer any question, even if it was simple. He was professional and helpful. He took his time to walk me through the process and what each document meant. This was very helpful and reassuring that I went with a good company. Nick would always answer emails and was positive and courteous throughout the process. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for a mortgage or refinance. Finally, Nick reached out and stated that he would be in touch later to get me a better rate. I have never had a mortgage company say that, and it made me feel that Nick and New American Funding was looking out for the best interest of the customer. This was a truly great experience and I also want to thank Diana Do the processor. She was absolutely fantastic as well.

Alisha and team did amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better team to have worked with. Everyone was always informed of where we were in the process. They were all patient with me & my million questions asked throughout the day (& even sometimes night). Everything went smoothly, questions were promptly answered, and everyone worked together to ensure we could close in less than 30 days (per my request). Highly highly highly recommend working with Alisha! Couldn't imagine a good person having a bad experience with her!
