Rebecca Hurd was exceptional at providing timely service, and beyond knowledgeable at her job. Scott and his team were fantastic! The level of personal attention and help we received was perfect. As first time homebuyers, the whole process made us nervous but Scott helped ease all our fears. Each part of the process was explained in detail that laymen like us could understand. Scott listened to what we wanted, didn't push us toward anything we didn't want. The whole thing went smoothly.
