Bought home with Scott’s help for the second time. He is very attentive to clients and does amazing job communicating with agents. Will go with Fairway again if we have to.

Scott and his team gave me the best experience ever. The mortgage process couldn't have been any easier. Prior to Scott, I went to three other lenders and was given horrible service or no service. Scott walked me through the whole process with no hidden fees or agendas. I expected honesty and was given it the moment I walked through his door. I highly recommend Scott and his team for all your mortgage needs...unless you want hidden fees, deception and massive profiteering off your home purchase then go with the other guys.

My husband and I were buying our very first home ever and we had really no idea what we were doing. I had went through a different loan officer and that one spent months not helping us. I had asked him a question and he ghosted me. We found a different loan officer and she was super nice but told us she couldn’t help us. I was about to give up on buying the house and then I was introduced to Chris Maxwell and his assistant. OMG!!!! Let me tell you they were the nicest people we have ever met. They had our loan accepted and processed very fast. They answered all my questions. They were always there for me day or evening. His assistant let me know what was going on with every single step there was. I feel like they should be part of our family now. With them buying a house was not stressful at all. If I ever buy a house again, I will definitely use Chris Maxwell.

Rebecca is the best! She'll advocate for you to sellers and answer all and any questions you may have. She made us feel good in our choice through the whole process and that we really had an advocate through it all.

Despite the current interest rates we got a loan that we are happy with and no surprises at the end. Courtney was always prompt and thorough with her communications and Scott was available to answer questions anytime we needed him.
