Chris was great right from the start. Very honest and right up front but very mannered and professional. Chris was always responsive with emails and phone calls timely. Seems once others from the company were involved, that's when things started changing, to include lack in responsiveness. Overall, we are greatly appreciative of the chance with less than perfect credit, especially to our loan officer, Chris. We put all faith in him and he did not disappoint. Chris handled everything from the beginning which included making the appraisal appt and continued communication throughout. We know why Chris is the Senior Loan Officer..he earned it!! Thank you!
