I’ve recently used Fairway to purchase my first home. Scott Collins provided the best service. Scott was literally a phone call, email, or text away to answer my questions.They have a great app that I downloaded to see the stages of my home loan. The home buying process was so smooth and if I can do it over again I would like to have Scott Collins assist. I am very grateful I received phenomenal service! Thank you Scott and team!

I have now refinanced my house for the second time. With no second thought I went to Heather Ide, Fairway Independent Mortgage Lender. She and they have made my experience the best I’ve ever had. As stated at the beginning, I purchased my home using them and refinanced twice since. Each time my experience has been better then the last. My comparisons have come from purchasing other home, refinancing, and selling. I have friends that have had nothing but terrible experiences with the purchase and refinancing of their homes. Recently my ex-wife refinanced her home using another lender and all she had was complaints about the service. I started my refinance after her and mine closed faster then hers. Mine took 30 days. I strongly recommend them and Heather Ide. I will never use another lender for my mortgage needs, and you will feel the same once you have given her or Fairway the opportunity for your business. Third time around I've gotten to work with Rebecca on getting a loan/refinance. Every single time she's been absolutely amazing to work with. She'd always answer any questions I had super fast and outside of hours I felt she needed to. Being left alone with my thoughts after work is never good for my stress but she always helped explain stuff and calm me down and feel comfortable going forward.
