Michelle Mott made the entire process so smooth and easy to understand. As a first time homebuyer, I wasn't sure how to navigate the ins and outs. Michelle streamlined the process for me and made the transition seamless.

I'm happy I found NAF and Sr. Loan Officer Pany Keo. The online preapproval process was quick, which let me place an offer 3 days after my new house came on market and my initial tour. This is super needed in this housing market. Pany really took the time to explain everything to me and guide me through the mortgage process, calling me several times when important items were due. He was always friendly, and was never pushy when I was entertaining 2-3 loan offers from different companies. I'm on the east coast, and communicating with NAF was not an issue despite the time difference. My closing was delayed a few days, but that had nothing to do with NAF. They were helpful in navigating those external factors which are stressful for everyone. Thanks Pany and NAF for securing the mortgage and helping me close on my new house in just about a 1 month time period! I was nervous dealing with an online lender for the first time, and one that I didn't really know much about being on the east coast. But after I saw reviews online and after my own experience, I'm very much reassured that NAF looks after their customers!

Ken, and his team were a crucial piece of the puzzle for me. I have been trying to buy house and always felt uncomfortable with the money side of the process. Ken sat me down and we talked about what I could afford. They also helped with programs for getting help with the down payment. There were some set backs that were out of our control and no matter how discouraged I got, they talked me through everything (Thanks, Tommie).
