Team Harvell are great people. They waste no time in getting loan pre-approvals, I had mine done in two hours on a Saturday afternoon. They take of you needs and know the process, very proactive. Staff are all willing to help and answer any questions or concerns you have. The entire process of buying a new home was seamless and less stress full with team all the way to closing. Jane and her team at New American Funding were extremely helpful when we were buying our first investment property. Because of personal situation, we had to close on this house quickly and because of Jane and her team, we were able to close in 2 weeks! We were clear to close few days before the actual closing and it gave us peace of mind going to the closing. Jane was available whenever we had questions and we were amazed that she was on the phone over the weekend day and night. Also, Jane showed up in person on our closing day.
