I definitely recommend New American Funding for your loan request. I refinanced my home and needless to say that I am glad I selected them and had a great experience with them. From very first call till the loan closing, Shay Smith worked very closely with me. Her inputs were timely and accurate. She took time to review my needs and recommended the loan which would best fit for my need. Most importantly, she worked with me as well as her finance team to have any and all issues resolved in timely manner. Great people to work with. If a need arise in future, I would definitely not hesitate to work with them again.

Anthony Vandyke was able to make adjustments to my loan to overcome certain guidelines that prevented him from utilizing the true rental income of the property being purchased. He restructured the loan and made it happen. The true value of a loan officer is not the easy loans. It's the loans that require them to be creative and find a way to get the loan closed. You need to clone Anthony VanDyke. Thank you Anthony for an amazing experience.
