This is the second mortgage that I have worked with Blake on. Him and his team are always very responsive whenever questions come up. Blake and his team make the loan process easy and as quick as possible. I would absolutely recommend Blake Henderson to anyone needing a home loan and I will absolutely use his services again for my next home.

Lucas is truly a great asset to your company. After a disastrous experience with a previous lending company I had lost all hope of buying my new home. Lucas gave it back to me, he made my new home a reality. He was professional, courteous, he guided me through the process and I felt like I was talking to a friend instead of a business transaction. From the very start of this new home buying process, which can at times be un-nerving and overwhelming, Damien was AWESOME!!!! He was very transparent, patient, clearly explained the processes and expected numbers and closing costs and his demeanor was calm the entire time even when answering my sometimes odd questions as this was my first time purchasing a home. :) He even took the time to explain unfamiliar terms and home buying processes to make sure I fully understood everything. I would have been lost without his assistance and excellent knowledge! Lee did a great job as well to get me through to closing! Always responded in a timely fashion. There was a little hiccup the day before closing, but we were able to get it resolved. Other than that the process was wonderful. I will definitely be reaching out to Damien again if I ever buy another home and will be recommending him to family and friends. I’m SO GLAD that I chose to go with NAF to fund my new home. Absolutely one of the best refinancing experiences I've ever had. My loan officer Tina Do was super efficient. She kept in constant contact from beginning to end. And the best thing is they will service my loan for the long haul and Tina will continue to be my direct contact. Great company with great employees who enjoy their jobs.
