Alberto is awesome! He really opened up a whole new world of opportunities for us which helped us get the place we really wanted. We had some challenging loan issues since neither of us were working, but Alberto helped us negotiate those obstacles. He is highly accessible and very knowledgable. My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Edwin Miranda of New American Funding. He was such a great guy to work with through such an important milestone in our life. The home buying process can have its ups and downs, but Edwin made the process durable. He stayed in constant communication with us, he was willing to go above and beyond to make our dream come true. Great company to work with. Although there was some issues with turn-overs on some staff members in the beginning. Overall, it was a great experience and everyone involved worked diligently to make my whole refinancing process a success. I worked with Nicholas Sahagian and Leanne Huddleston, and they were both excellent at the jobs they did! They patiently answered my questions and they were very helpful.
