The communication from Brenda about every step of the process was amazing. Furthermore with every hurdle that came up in the process she kept working forward with us to ensure we got into the home we were looking for. If funding for a program ran out, she found another, if there was a problem with financing she was there. The entire process was done thoroughly and at times when it seemed like time to give up she would find a solution and we kept moving forward until we had found the home, the loan, and everything lined up right.
