Matt with NAF has been great to work with. Exceptionally knowledgeable, very responsive, and a great communicator. As an engineer, I appreciate detail in understanding charges, contracts, etc. and he was always willing to help explain the "why" behind them which I needed to be confident in making a decision to move forward purchasing my home. Mr. Jean was always honest and open in the process and provided sound advice. I never felt like a number or a commission. He made the experience feel as if he was a co-signer in my mortgage. I think Jason is the standard all Loan Officers should strive to meet.
