Personal conversation and acknowledgement fromm Susan is more important than she realizes. Instead of working only with emails and texts which are NOT reassuring, she went to the next step with no explanation leaving me unaware of what was happening.. Panic is not a part of a mortgage loan and I went through it twice with her because of no communication.
