Lucas is truly a great asset to your company. After a disastrous experience with a previous lending company I had lost all hope of buying my new home. Lucas gave it back to me, he made my new home a reality. He was professional, courteous, he guided me through the process and I felt like I was talking to a friend instead of a business transaction. From the very start of this new home buying process, which can at times be un-nerving and overwhelming, Damien was AWESOME!!!! He was very transparent, patient, clearly explained the processes and expected numbers and closing costs and his demeanor was calm the entire time even when answering my sometimes odd questions as this was my first time purchasing a home. :) He even took the time to explain unfamiliar terms and home buying processes to make sure I fully understood everything. I would have been lost without his assistance and excellent knowledge! Lee did a great job as well to get me through to closing! Always responded in a timely fashion. There was a little hiccup the day before closing, but we were able to get it resolved. Other than that the process was wonderful.
