Even after the few hiccups with the under writers and paperwork it was a very good experience. We loved working with Teresa because she treated us like her friends.

This applies strictly to the loan officer, as I had a great experience with Chris Loughnane. Communication and timing with the loan processor was excessively difficult, I have been expeditious on completing all my tasks only to receive radio silence on many occasions when asking questions. Additionally, a major example stems from needing to get the closing documents signed, this was given to me on a Friday after work hours and I was informed that it was paramount to have them signed and delivered on Monday. Had I received these items a day earlier, I would not have required an embassy appointment which incurred a $700 fee, and could have used a local notary where I'm physically located at, as it required an appointment. How could this have been better? Giving me some flexibility to schedule things a little better, rather than putting me in challenging time constraints. I would have preferred spending $50 over $700, thanks! Also, Dexter has given me a broken label for a second set of documents which forced me to incur a $150 fee on sending it from Germany to the US. Because of the 'urgency' for this parcel which was also sent at 3AM where I'm at, I figured it was best to send this out with a new label. How could this have been better? Give me a working label, maybe reimburse me for the fee I had to incur. Lastly, why were documents requested in separate fashions like this? Why not consolidate this? That felt like an immense waste of time process wise and makes no sense. Please, do better! I have four loans with you guys now, and I don't feel like returning for a fifth one at this time.
