Everyone we worked with at NAF was wonderful. Our realtor recommended us to Mike Haeffner when we started looking at homes, and Mike was a fantastic coach throughout. While this was not my husband's first time going through the home-buying process, it was mine. There are always going to be difficulties in this process, but the loan process was not one of them for me. From navigating an unusual income situation to a fluctuating market, I always felt like he was in our corner, helping us make the right moves to secure the best loan possible. Cristi Miller was also great to work with, as she helped us navigate all of the pieces we needed and things not to do during the loan underwriting process. By the time we got to closing, everything felt smooth because people at NAF were working for us behind the scenes. Very thankful for NAF!
