Kent with NAF provided me with such a great service. I had a lot of issues with previous loan advisors who just wanted to make the most money they could off of me and made promises that they could not follow through on. I was given false information and even let down and at one point I felt very discouraged. After speaking with Kent, he was very transparent from the start. He never pushed me in any direction that I did not want to go and most importantly he made me feel heard and understood. Kent provided such a great experience from the start by actively anticipating any potential problems and preparing us properly so we were able to close in one month! He was so helpful with the entire process and I always felt supported along the way. As a first time home buyer, this type of guidance and support was huge for me.
