In the time of 1 day from initial contact with Brian, we had a pre approval letter to our real estate agent , Jen, and an offer on the table before any more time had passed. Brian worked with us through every step of the financing process. We were kept informed with each step as the pre approval evolved in to a loan process and then actual loan. If we had a question, Brian was quick to respond with an answer we could easily understand. Even through the loan process, Brian would offer recommendations that would ease the loan process while providing cost or saving on the loan interest rate. My wife and I felt completely comfortable with Brian! Thank you, Brian!!
