Very clear communication, better cost, willingness to match and explain costs, always available and keeping me in the loop throughout the entire process. Service providers in the Seattle area were a bit disorganized: appraiser missed a couple of photos and asked me to take a couple after the visit, and mobile notary had forgotten to get signatures on a couple of pages and we had to arrange spouse to come back to the house after signing to sign more pages.
