There aren't enough ways to express our gratitude for Ray S. and the amazing job he did helping us with our home buying experience. From day one he has always been available, calm, patient, understanding, and very thorough in explaining everything to us. He was very knowledgeable of everything we discussed, and if we had a question about something that he didn't have an answer, he would get an answer for us the same day to ensure we weren't waiting too long. He would communicate everything over the phone, and for the more in depth and more detailed parts of the process, he would send us an email with the information for us to reference to ensure we covered everything. Ray made us feel like we had a friend helping us, not just a loan officer. He was very supportive with everything and shared our excitement as we got closer and closer to closing. New American Funding made a great decision in bringing Ray onto their team! The world is in great need of the customer service experience Ray provided, as we do not receive it very often and it makes a huge difference with us as the client/customer. We hope Ray holds his position he has now until he retires to ensure we always have someone we can rely on and trust with large financial decisions like purchasing a home. At the same time we hope he continues to grow and enter into more rewarding positions with the company and maybe even be a member of the customer service training team to help ensure more people have the same amazing experience we had with him. Ray has our complete support and gratitude and we are very happy we had him as our loan officer! We also would like to thank Grace for all of her hard work! She is a wonderful lady who takes them time to make sure you understand everything and are happy throughout the process. Every conversation with her was a great one, and there was always a laugh at some point during the conversations. She was a great help keeping us relaxed and calm through the process!!!

We worked with Tracy from New American Funding, and the entire home loan process was a smooth process. Tracy did a fantastic job in responding to any and all our questions, as well as walk us through the entire loan process. New American Funding has a lot of partnerships to get new home owners set up in their new home, though we did not use the services, it was great to have those to help if needed. Home loans are stressful, but Tracy did a fantastic job walking us through every step!

Recently worked with them on a transitional loan- digital process, efficient communication and updates, communication with other stakeholders like title, agent, etc and fast closing. I would definitely recommend - Keith Piacente as your loan officer- he works with your situation and what’s good for you. Andrea Stark- as our transitional loan coordinator and originator -kept us updated and made application and submission as less hassle proof as possible with their digital/online only process.

Ethan Reehorst made the process of obtaining a loan very straightforward. He demonstrated extensive knowledge, exceptional customer service skills, and maintained a friendly demeanor throughout the entire process.I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

Chris. Chris is what made this process seamless and enjoyable. I understand that he isn’t a one man show, and there are others who assisted him in handling the details of the process, but his communication was above reproach. He consistently called to check up on us, and ensured the process rolled along smoothly. Not to mention, I came to Chris as a recommendation from a friend who had the same glowing remarks concerning not only his ability to get the job done but also of his character—which were proven to be true. 10/10 would recommend, and have. In fact, my realtor has decided to use NAF as their preferred lender because of his competence.
